How delivery works

Many Simply Saint Designz products are made to order and may be fulfilled from different locations. Production time, delivery options and shipping charges can therefore vary by product, basket and destination.

Shipping costs and options

The available shipping methods and charges are calculated at checkout using the items in your basket and your delivery address. Please review the checkout total before placing your order.

Processing and delivery estimates

Where an estimate is available, it will be shown during checkout or in your order information. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and can be affected by production time, carrier delays, customs or local conditions.

Tracking and separate parcels

Tracking details will be sent after dispatch when tracking is available. Items in the same order can arrive separately when they are produced or shipped from different fulfilment locations.

International orders

Available destinations are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Problems with a delivery

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, your order is late, or a parcel arrives damaged, please use our contact form and include your order number.
