Many products are made to order. Production and delivery times therefore vary by product and destination. Any available estimate will be shown during checkout or in your order information.

Can I track my order?

When tracking is available, you will receive the tracking details after dispatch. You can also use the Track Your Order link in the Support menu.

Can items arrive separately?

Yes. Products may be produced or dispatched from different fulfilment locations, so a multi-item order can arrive in more than one parcel.

What materials and performance features are used?

Materials, printing methods and features vary across the range. Product-specific information—including fabric, care instructions, UPF protection or moisture-wicking properties where applicable—is listed on the relevant product page.

Are products made to order?

Many products are produced after an order is placed. This helps us offer more designs, but it also means production and delivery times can vary.

Returns and refunds

How do I request a return?

Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy, then use the contact form with your order number and the reason for your request. We will provide the correct instructions and return address for the item.

What if my order is damaged, faulty or incorrect?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and explain the available replacement or refund options. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Do you offer custom artwork or apparel design?
